The British Chief Scientist estimate of Fukushima fallout zone

BBC asks Beddington to describe what would happen if material was released from the reactors at Fukushima in meltdown:

Beddingon: “In that situation you would get an explosion and radioactive material would be emitted. But it would be emitted to about 500 metres and it would be a relatively short duration of the order of an hour or so. Compare that with Chernobyl…”

    Chief Scientist SAYS…

He forgot to add “in his opinion” and or depending on the timing!

We all know that Fukushima is STILL emitting radiation and there have been not one but three meltdowns which are continuing to pollute the Planet…

Also unsaid is how fast the meltdown “corium” contacts the the groundwater below the reactor structure which would create a “Hydro-Steam” “event” that would carry massive amounts of radioactive particles and ash into the upper atmosphere to be spread Globally by the Jet Stream…

Somehow this also got left out from the Scientists comments…

    WHY, I wonder?

    Liked and Tweeted…
