The United States Department of Energy response to the Loss and Suffering of Nuclear Victims

The United States Department of Energy and its contractor Bobby Scott sees this:

So who is the dictator here? The people who have the power to vote and act within their country or the mandarins who have to follow orders if they want to get paid?

Say no to nuclear compromised democracy.

36 Percent Of Fukushima Children Have Abnormal Growths From Radiation Exposure

US DOE response: see above. The ONLY issue they say is real is the fear held by parents. They deny there is health hazard due to this nuclear disaster. Nuclear industry promises always to keep its pollution sealed. It is a promise never kept.

Nuclear is not zero emission. It emits tons of radio-chemicals per year in the best of circumstances. It demands the right to pollute. It cannot have this permission.

REality:
http://www.japantimes.co.jp/text/nn20120721a1.html

“The government Friday unveiled guidelines on compensation for real estate in evacuation zones near the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant, calling for full payment of damages to people who won’t be able to return home more than six years since the crisis started.

These evacuees are from the areas with the worst levels of radiation among the three types of evacuation zones the government reclassified in April.

The guidelines propose paying at least 50 percent of the predisaster value of real estate to people whose assets are in the second category, where limited access is allowed.

In areas where the evacuation order is ready to be lifted, residents can receive at least 33 percent of the predisaster value under the guidelines. To determine the predisaster value, houses will be accessed in three different ways, and the owners will be allowed to pick the highest price.” All justice falls short.

The DOE response:
scott

The motive being the saving of money by denying that there is in fact any contaminated private property.

The US DOE response is an insult to people from Rocky Flats to Iitate village. From Pole to Pole.

There has been real damage done by the radio-chemical emissions from nuclear industry in Japan. And around the world. Full stop.

Let’s look at the other claims made by Scott et. al. At my other blog, which starts here: http://hormesishistory.wordpress.com/2012/02/15/radiation-hormesis-and-adaptive-response-definitions/
